I signed up to Daniela’s (Live Wholesome with Daniela  Rogers) 8 week Reboot Course hoping to get healthier and finally loose some weight.
I have struggled with my weight for a few years now and have tried nearly every fad diet and eating plan out there. Some I lost weight on and others lasted only a few weeks/days as they weren’t sustainable. I then piled all the weight back on plus a little extra.
I saw this 8week programme and knew after speaking to you, Daniela that this is what I needed to do get my system back working properly and to regain control of my eating habits and I haven’t looked back since! You have helped me regain control by eating healthy, nutritious and wholesome foods.This has helped my digestive system get back on track and in turn my skin is better, my sleep has improved and I have bags more energy. I have learnt about the right foods needed to fuel my body and when to eat them giving me a greater understanding what I am putting in my mouth. I have loved dish/meal and smoothie I have prepared as they are colourful and packed with flavour.
Over this 8 week period I have lost 10kg in weight and  massive 83.7cm overall (-16 off my belly alone!!!!!).
I can’t thank you enough for all your help, encouragement and support over these last 8 weeks. I would not be where I am today if it was not for you. I feel fitter and a 100% healthier than I have in years.

You have been behind me every step of the way, offering encouragement and support and your knowledge on nutrition is second to none. You are truly amazing at what you do.
There is no going back for me now and I am looking forward to moving onto the next part of my journey with you.
